Former AEW World Champion Adam Page has his eyes on the world title at Forbidden Door, just not the one he lost.
Page was victorious on tonight’s (June 8) AEW Dynamite show against NJPW’s David Finlay Jr, when he cut a promo following the match.
He said that he’s not in contention for the AEW World Title, but there is more than one world title in wrestling, before stating his claim for the IWGP World Championship.
Adam Cole then interrupted him and said that Jay White could be the champion come Forbidden Door, and told Page to stay out his way.
