Update On AEW Adding Another PPV To 2023 Schedule AEW

An update has been provided on AEW adding another pay-per-view to their 2023 schedule.

All Elite Wrestling has seen their pay-per-view business increase over the course of the past two years.

In 2022, the company added the co-promotional AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door event to their major event schedule to go along with their four established shows of Revolution, Double Or Nothing, All Out and Full Gear.

2023 has seen the promotion add All In to their schedule with the event emanating from London’s Wembley Stadium being their most attended show in company history. AEW All In also set the worldwide record for paid attendance for a pro wrestling event.

From there, AEW has added WrestleDream in October and now reports are indicating that they will have one more major show before the end of 2023.

Per PWInsider, sources at InDemand have confirmed that All Elite Wrestling has secured Saturday, December 30 for a new potential pay-per-view date.

AEW President Tony Khan previously stated he was willing to add additional PPVs to the promotion’s schedule, but wasn’t locked in on a specific number annually yet.

As previously reported, an update has also been provided about a potential AEW streaming deal with the Max streaming service.

The next pay-per-view for the company will be AEW Full Gear on Saturday, November 18 from the KIA Forum in Los Angeles. MJF will defend the AEW World Title against Jay White in the main event.
