AEW ‘Blind’ Eliminator Tag Team Tournament Final Revealed

AEW ‘Blind’ Eliminator Tag Team Tournament Final Revealed AEW

The AEW ‘Blind’ Tag Team Eliminator tournament final is set! Find out which teams secured their spot in the final.

Both semi-finals took place on tonight’s July 12 episode of AEW Dynamite, the first being Darby Allin and Orange Cassidy vs Daniel Garcia and Sammy Guevara.

When Prince Nana appeared and encouraged Garcia to use Allin’s skateboard as a weapon, Allin would get involved in preventing the misuse of his wheels.

However, this would leave him open to a surprise attack from Swerve Strickland.

In the end, Swerve Strickland may proved to be a deciding factor as he delivered a big boot to the face of Darby Allin while the referee was distracted before dashing off with Prince Nana.

This left Allin down and allowed Guevara to hit the GTH to send him and Garcia through to the final.

In the second semi-final match of the night, MJF and Adam Cole continued their budding friendship while forced to tag team together as they took on Big Bill and Brian Cage.

After an enjoyable match, it was indeed the AEW World Champion MJF and Adam Cole who picked up the victory over the much larger duo.

Not only was MJF and Adam Cole wildly over with the crowd (who were genuinely in love with the team) but they even chanted a solid ‘Holy S**t!’ at MJF for doing a body slam on Big Bill after MJF had built it up earlier in the match, and even got behind MJF’s proposed “Double Clothesline” which he and Cole have promised to deliver on.

The final of the tournament, Guevara and Garcia vs MJF and Cole, will take place on next week’s July 19 episode of Dynamite.

The winning team will earn a tag team title shot, which will take place on the July 29 episode of Collision.

Before that though, current AEW World Tag Team Champions FTR defend against Bullet Club Gold in a 2/3 falls match on this coming Saturday’s July 15 Collision.
