A surprise announcement ahead of the big match at AEW Double or Nothing 2023 as Sammy Guevara has an important announcement.
Taking to the stage for his entrance along with his real life wife and on-screen partner Tay Melo, this was no normal entrance.
During the entrance, Guevara resurrected his former gimmick of showing cue cards to the crowd (often during picture in picture commercial breaks) only this time the cards held a very special announcement.
Ahead of the big match, a big announcement indeed as the last card said “We are having a baby!!!” along with adorable ultrasound photos!
Elsewhere already on AEW’s pay-per-view AEW Double or Nothing, Orange Cassidy looked to defend the AEW International Championship, while there was another title change on the night as well.
Also, after making a surprise return, find out what AEW star is leaving AEW Double or Nothing as a brand new champion after an impromptu match kicked off.
