Major AEW Star Returns At Dynamite In Los Angeles AEW

A major AEW star has returned to AEW Dynamite after several months away to a thunderous crowd Los Angeles crowd reaction.

With Tony Schiavone in the ring, he announced that someone was joining him and the crowd was shocked to hear Adam Cole’s theme music hit!

According to Excalibur on commentary, the moment was a “genuine surprise,” with the call sheet “just saying TBD.”

Taking to the mic in the ring, Adam Cole revealed that he had a bit of a “good news, bad news” announcement with the crowd immediately fearing the worst.

With Cole first describing that suffering “two back to back, serious head injuries” and seeing doctors multiple times a week, dizzy spells, and even car sickness to the point of vomiting, he painted an emotional picture.

Describing the anxiety he felt waking up in the middle of the night, pacing and feeling afraid because he didn’t know what was happening to him.

Expressing gratitude to the fans for their support during his time away, Cole expressed genuine emotion, getting choked up during this thank you to the fans.

“And now, for the bad news. The bad news is not for me, the bad news is for the AEW locker room because Adam Cole is BACK! I am not going anywhere.

“My career was over, I thought for sure I was finished, instead I stand before you today saying ‘No way, I ain’t done yet,’ because I have been one of the best damn pro wrestlers on the planet for fifteen years and I will not stop, I will not stop until I am the very best.

“I have accomplished a lot of amazing things in AEW but let’s get real, Adam Cole hasn’t even scratched the surface of what he’s capable of.”
