Match With Full Gear Stipulation Added To AEW Dynamite

There was a new match announced for the upcoming November 8 edition of AEW Dynamite which will have big AEW Full Gear 2023 implications.

Fresh off a win on tonight’s AEW Collision, Mark Briscoe had a message for Jay White: he’s coming for him!

Noting that he took umbrage with Jay White having stolen MJF’s AEW World Championship belt, Mark Briscoe wanted to go against White on Dynamite.

If he wins the match then he will get Jay White’s title shot at AEW Full Gear.

As the segment unfolded on television, Tony Khan took to Twitter to confirm the match as made for this upcoming week in Portland, Oregon.

Khan wrote:

“This Wednesday 11/8 Portland @ModaCenter

“#AEWDynamite TBS, 8pm ET/7pm CT

“Mark Briscoe vs Jay White

“After @SussexCoChicken‘s win on #AEWCollision tonight, he challenged @JayWhiteNZ to their first 1-on-1 bout!

“The match is booked, with the AEW World Title shot at stake Wednesday!”

Several other matches were announced for Dynamite, including Julia Hart and Red Velvet, the latter of whom hasn’t wrestled in AEW for over nine months.

There’s also Keith Lee vs Samoa Joe, Jay White vs Penta El Zero Miedo, and MJF defending the AEW World Championship against Daniel Garcia.
