Former WWE Star Pitched For Match At AEW All In London 2024

AEW star Dustin Rhodes has pitched a match for All In London 2024, with the wrestling veteran wanting to face off against a top indie star.

Dustin Rhodes took to Twitter to note that he wants a match against Matt Cardona.

Hoping for a Rhodes vs Cardona match to happen in August, Dustin wrote:

I hear @TheMattCardona wants to wrestle me? #AEWALLIN would be cool!! I would be honored to whoop the Indy God!! I’d bloody him up.

Matt Cardona has now responded to Rhodes’ challenge, pointing out an unfortunate coincidence:

Well I was never asked to come back after I teamed with you…

Cardona has wrestled two matches for AEW, most recently wrestling for the promotion at All Out 2020, teaming with Dustin Rhodes, Scorpio Sky and QT Marshall to score a victory over Colt Cabana, Evil Uno, Brodie Lee & Stu Grayson.

AEW All In London 2024 will take place on August 25, once again emanating from Wembley Stadium.

While Dustin Rhodes is hopeful that Cardona will wrestle in AEW, a Raw star has admitted that they’re “patiently waiting” for Cardona to rejoin WWE.
