A major return at AEW’s pay-per-view, AEW Revolution as fan favorites FTR are back! Want a spoiler on their plans now…?
AEW Revolution saw a big fatal four way match between current champs (don’t call them the ‘Ass Boys’) The Gunns, The Acclaimed (Anthony Bowens and Max Caster) and Triple J, the team of Jay Lethal & Jeff Jarrett and Orange Cassidy & Danhausen.
“By hook or by crook,” as commentary noted, the Gunns retained their titles.
However after the Gunns won, they got on the mic in an interview with Renee Paquette and were on top of the world until some very familiar music hit.
FTR returned to AEW!
Coming to the ring, they delivered big blows to the Gunns taking out both and delivering a big Shatter Machine for maximum effect.
With Dax Harwood busted open by the end of the segment, he and Cash picked up the titles and stood tall with the crowd incredibly excited to see the returning pair of former champions.
In a potential spoiler for their plans upon return, WRKD Wrestling on Twitter recently shared their scoop that FTR were the team still slated to take the titles off of the Gunns.
