AEW Star Comments On Jericho Appreciation Society Breakup AEW

AEW star Anna Jay has commented on the Jericho Appreciation Society breakup and having many unanswered questions about the group.

In March 2022, Chris Jericho aligned with Jake Hager, Daniel Garcia, Matt Menard and Angelo Parker to form the Jericho Appreciation Society. Sammy Guevara, Tay Melo and Anna Jay would all later join the stable.

The group were featured in many prominent feuds against the likes of the Blackpool Combat Club, Eddie Kingston and Ricky Starks. However, JAS split after Jericho was flirting with the opportunity to reunite with Don Callis and join his faction in the summer of 2023.

Speaking to Daily Star, Anna Jay was asked if there was regret that the end of the group fizzled out and didn’t go the way she expected. She answered:

“For sure. With me joining JAS, there were a lot of unanswered questions and not really a closure to that chapter.”

“I’m not really sure exactly why, but of course, I wish there could have been something.”

“Whether it had been, it still ended the way it did, but some answers or something to show that there was an end to the chapter.”

“I don’t know why we didn’t do that, but one day it would be cool to have some sort of reunion.”

“I don’t know what that would mean or how that would be. It will never be the same, but I think that might be something cool to do one day,”

Anna Jay has remained in an alliance with 2point0 and Daniel Garcia on AEW television, but has been presented as a singles star as of late.
