AEW Star ‘Not Medically Cleared’ To Travel AEW

An AEW star was not “medically cleared” to appear on this week’s AEW Rampage according to a fellow roster member.

This week’s episode of AEW Rampage took place immediately following AEW Dynamite from Toronto’s Coca-Cola Coliseum (March 20).

One of the angles that took place on the show was the follow-up to the Big Bang Bang Scissor Gang’s big blow-up on last week’s AEW Big Business event.

This betrayal came as Bullet Club Gold attacked a vulnerable Darby Allin – following Jay White’s match with the former AEW Tag Team Champion – something that unsurprisingly The Acclaimed had an issue with.

When The Acclaimed intervened however, they too met the wrath of White and The Gunns, who ended their short supergroup in violent fashion.

Now, on Rampage, Max Caster and Anthony Bowens would send a message to the Bang Bang Gang, but were noticeably without the elder statesmen of the trio Billy Gunn.

According to Caster, due to Bullet Club Gold’s attack last week, Gunn was not “medically cleared” to travel to Toronto for Rampage.

The actual reasoning for Gunn’s absence is not yet known, however, we’ll provide further update when it becomes available.
