A big match has been pulled from tonight’s June 28 AEW Dynamite card according to a new announcement from AEW CEO, Tony Khan.
A previously advertised match was pulled from tonight’s AEW Dynamite after the show hit the air.
Tony Khan tweeted:
Due to illness, 2022 Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament Winner Dr. Britt Baker DMD isn’t cleared to wrestle tonight vs Ruby Soho
Ruby Soho will be in action tonight, + the 2023 Owen Hart Foundation Tournament Quarterfinal Britt Baker vs Ruby Soho will take place next week.
Baker’s boyfriend Adam Cole was also pulled from Forbidden Door due to illness this past Sunday.
Cole appeared on Dynamite tonight in a segment in the parking lot with MJF and Renee Paquette, and MJF referenced the illness that had kept Cole off the pay-per-view. The segment was either live or taped earlier tonight, so Cole has recovered.
