An AEW wrestler has confirmed that he suffered an injury during his match on the latest episode of Dynamite.
In the main event of AEW Dynamite last night, John Silver battled TNT Champion Darby Allin in an entertaining bout. After losing the match, Silver revealed that he had gotten hurt during all the action.
Silver took to Twitter to tell fans that he had dislocated his shoulder. Stating that he will provide updates, Silver noted that his doctor didn’t initially think the injury was too serious.
Discussing his shoulder injury, Silver tweeted:
“Came up short tonight. Shoulder is messed up. Doctor doesn’t think it’s too serious but I’ll keep everyone updated once I know.”
Noting that he also hit his head during the match, Silver tweeted out a photo of another war-wound:
Also have a nice little knot on my head from landing on the concrete. Not my night pic.twitter.com/MYaQ9ITqEf

Some eagle-eyed viewers pointed out a spot in which they thought Silver may have gotten hurt. Allin countered Silver at ringside, throwing him over the barricade. Silver immediately grabbed his arm in pain after taking the rough-looking bump.
Silver hasn’t given any more updates on his injuries at the time of writing. Also on AEW Dynamite, Cody Rhodes revealed The Nightmare Family’s huge announcement.
