AJ Lee Reacts To CM Punk AEW Rampage Debut

AJ Lee (AJ Mendez) has taken to Twitter to react to her husband, CM Punk, returning to wrestling during the August 20 episode of AEW Rampage.

In case you missed it, CM Punk has made the news for appearing on AEW TV, revealing that he’s got a long-term deal with the promotion. AJ Lee shared screenshots of a few articles discussing her husband, tweeting:

During the show, AJ shared a photo of Punk on her TV to her Instagram story.

AJ’s last WWE match took place on an episode of Raw in March 2015.

It has been reported that TNT and WarnerMedia have considered Punk for roles “beyond AEW“. It has been speculated that Punk could commentate for NHL, as WarnerMedia has part of the TV rights for the hockey league.

The former WWE Champion will appear on next week’s edition of Dynamite. It has been officially announced that Punk will face Darby Allin at All Out on September 5.
