Alexa Bliss Reacts To Murphy & Aalyah Mysterio WWE Romance Angle

Taking to social media, WWE star Alexa Bliss has commented on the romance angle on Monday Night Raw last night involving her ex-boyfriend Murphy, and Rey Mysterio’s daughter Aalyah.

For those that missed the show, former Universal Champion Seth Rollins revealed a DM exchange between Murphy and Aalyah Mysterio, where Aalyah wished the former tag team champion Happy Birthday.

In a tweet that has since been deleted, Alexa Bliss quoted tweeted the image of the aforementioned DMs and joked that she didn’t blame Murphy. She told her ex-boyfriend to then “shoot his shot”:

Bliss received some backlash for her tweet, mainly from people who took issue with the age-gap between Aalyah and Murphy. For those that don’t know, Aalyah is 19-years-old, whereas Murphy turned 32 last week.

In response to the backlash, Bliss noted that she was just “supporting” Murphy. The former Raw and SmackDown Women’s Champion then noted in another tweet that she is happy that “Murphy is getting the success he’s worked for”.

Do I Know her or her age? No. Was I trying to be supportive of Murphy? Yes. Back off and calm down ppl. Just happy Murphy is getting the success he’s worked for. That’s all be bothered by something else

Alexa Bliss then agreed with a fan who said that it was just a storyline, and that people who are bothered by it need to “get a life or a hobby”. She then jockingly added that she is responsible for all of her ex-boyfriend’s storylines:

Absolutely. I agree that I should be held responsible for the storylines my ex-boyfriend receives at work. Anything else I can take care of as well?
