Ring of Honor has been signing many of their stars to new contracts as of late. Now, ROH star Bateman is the latest to re-sign with the company.
ROH announced the signing on their website earlier today. Here is the official statement provided by the promotion:
“Ring of Honor is pleased to announce that Bateman has re-signed with the company.
Bateman made his ROH debut in September 2019. Shortly thereafter, he joined forces with Vincent in The Righteous, which has become one of the top factions in ROH.
The eccentric Bateman, who describes himself as a ‘handsome sociopath with violent tendencies,’ is celebrating his 20th year in pro wrestling. Before coming to ROH, Bateman was one of the biggest stars on the vibrant Southern California independent wrestling scene.”
Bateman and Vincent have been teaming together since Vincent left The Kingdom. The duo recently lost to Matt Taven and Mike Bennett at Final Battle.
Bateman now joins Amy Rose, Bandido and Mark Haskins as the stars who have re-signed with the promotion recently. We will keep you updated on if any more stars extend their contracts.
