Another title change has taken place tonight at the seventh annual AEW Full Gear pay-per-view event in Newark, New Jersey.
There have now been three new champions crowned tonight in the first three title matches on the show.
In the latest title change, Mark Briscoe has defeated Kyle Fletcher to become the new AEW TNT Champion.
Fletcher had been champion since he won the title from Dustin Rhodes on an episode of Collision in July, with his reign ending at 114 days.
The win marks Briscoe’s first reign with the TNT Championship and his first title win in AEW, though has held ROH gold in the past.
The match tonight was a no disqualifications bout, and despite Don Callis helping Fletcher at ringside, Briscoe still managed to come out with the win.
The other title changes so far have included FTR’s Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood become three-time AEW World Tag Team Champions by defeating Brody King and Bandido.
Also, Ricochet was crowned the first ever AEW National Champion, as he won the Casino Gauntlet match to determine the inaugural holder of the title.
