The ending of last night’s (November 10) episode of SmackDown saw a major turn as War Games draws near.
The main event of the show saw Asuka betray Charlotte Flair and Bianca Belair, joining the new and improved Damage CTRL alongside IYO SKY, Dakota Kai, Bayley and the returning Kairi Sane.
Earlier in the show, Kairi was accepted as a member of the group, with IYO and Dakota adding Kairi to the group, and Kairi forgiving Bayley for her attack back in 2020.
It was Kairi’s addition to the group that led to Asuka joining up with the group in the main event, with her reuniting with her Kabuki Warriors tag team partner.
Taking to Twitter today, Asuka reacted to the pair’s reunion, simply sharing a photo of the two hugging in the ring.
Asuka’s addition to the group sets up the upcoming women’s War Games match, with Damage CTRL facing off against Bianca Belair, Charlotte Flair, Shotzi and a fourth partner.
There has been a potential spoiler on the planned final member of the babyface War Games team, which you can see here.
