Multi-time former WWE World Champion Becky Lynch has announced her role in an upcoming TV series on Paramount+.

Having last competed in May, speculation is currently running rampant as to when we can expect to see The Man back on WWE TV.

Despite technically being a free agent since her contract expired in June, Lynch has remained on WWE’s active roster page and was recently seen at the WWE media event at Netflix HQ ahead of Raw’s premiere on the service on January 6.

While we await news on Lynch’s potential WWE return, she has provided some unexpected news in regards to her acting career.

Posting a short video to Twitter, Lynch revealed that she is set to appear on the upcoming Paramount+ TV series Star Trek: Starfleet Academy, as a member of the bridge crew.
