Big Change To Title Match On October 10 AEW Dynamite AEW

A big change has been announced for tonight’s AEW Dynamite: Title Tuesday.

On the October 3 edition of AEW Dynamite, Rey Fenix defeated Nick Jackson to retain the AEW International Championship.

Following the bout, it was announced Fenix will defend the title against Jon Moxley in a rematch on the October 10 Title Tuesday edition of AEW Dynamite.

However, Moxley announced that he wasn’t medically cleared for his October 8 Wrestling Revolver show against Gringo Loco.

On tonight’s Buy In pre-show, AEW President Tony Khan announced that Moxley was also not medically cleared to compete in his scheduled title match against Rey Fenix.

During the segment, HOOK came in and suggested Orange Cassidy get his title rematch in place of Moxley, which Khan agreed.

It is now official that Rey Fenix will defend the AEW International Championship against Orange Cassidy on tonight’s Title Tuesday episode of Dynamite.

WrestleTalk will provide any news and notes from tonight’s AEW Dynamite when they become available.
