A former WWE Champion will be at tonight’s NXT Heatwave show and has provided his thoughts on the special.
The August 22 edition of WWE NXT will be the 2023 installment of their Heatwave special.
The show will be headlined by Carmelo Hayes defending the NXT Championship against Wes Lee following Lee’s win over Dijak on last week’s episode.
Ahead of tonight’s show, the NXT social media accounts posted a video of former WWE Champion Big E at the CWC for Heatwave and provided his thoughts on the special event.
The New Day member was asked which match he was looking forward to the most on the show. He answered the Ilja Dragunov vs. Trick Williams match.
It remains to be seen if the former WWE Champion will appear on tonight’s show.
Big E was recently announced for an upcoming movie role in the family comedy, “F Plus”, which you can read more about at this link.
