WWE is set to host it’s big Superstar Spectacle event in India on September 8, and we now know the first match that will be taking place at the event.
Per Sportskeeda Wrestling via WWE star Jinder Mahal, the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship will be on the line, with Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens defending the titles against Veer and Sanga of Indus Sher.
The former WWE Champion will be in the corner of Veer and Sanga, as he has been since they made their way up to Raw.
Veer and Sanga were called up to the WWE main roster as part of the 2023 WWE Draft, where they were featured weekly in squash matches after their call up.
We also know that John Cena will be in action at the event in India, though his opponent is not yet known.
Cena will make his return to WWE television on next week’s (September 1) SmackDown show.
The event is currently not set to be broadcast on the WWE Network or Peacock.
