Chris Jericho Teases Next AEW Rival?

With Chris Jericho dropping the ROH World Championship to Claudio Castagnoli at ROH Final Battle, the reign of the Ocho has come to an end.

However, it seems the feud between the two will continue just a little bit longer.

Jericho and the Jericho Appreciation Society had an interview with Tony Schiavone ahead of Jericho’s match on tonight’s show.

Jericho said that his match tonight would serve as a warm up match for his eventual rematch with Claudio for the ROH World Championship.

Jericho then said that Claudio’s reign would be a flash in the pan, just like Joe Exotic and Ricky Starks.

Starks is set to challenge MJF for both the AEW World Championship and the Dynamite Diamond Ring in tonight’s main event.

Fans obviously took this name drop as a tease of a potential rivalry between Starks and Jericho coming out of Winter is Coming.
