According to the United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO), Darby Allin has filed to trademark his ring name.
On June 29, Allin (real name Samual Ratsch) filed to trademark his in-ring name, “DARBY ALLIN”. According to the USPTO, this trademark will allow Allin to use the name for “entertainment services”, namely wrestling exhibits.

Allin has used this ring name since 2015. After signing with AEW in 2019, Allin became TNT Champion at Full Gear 2020, defeating Cody Rhodes for the title. He held the title for 186 days, before losing the gold to Miro in May.
It was recently announced that Allin is set to feature in Jackass 4. Advertised as the final Jackass movie, the film will release in theaters on October 22.
