Date For First Ever MJF Vs. Kenny Omega Match Confirmed

The first-ever meeting between MJF and Kenny Omega has been confirmed on tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite (October 25).

AEW World Champion MJF has plenty of enemies but one relative outsider has joined the fray and will get the next title shot.

While MJF has foes like Juice Robinson, Jay White, Wardlow and Samoa Joe already chasing him, now add Kenny Omega to the list.

With Omega making the case that he deserved the right to defend his streak as the longest reigning AEW World Champion, MJF actually agreed.

The pair will meet sooner rather than later as MJF proposed this Saturday night on AEW Collision – if Omega wins the title, MJF won’t beat his record.

Elsewhere in the segment, MJF also accepted a second match for AEW Full Gear, agreeing to defend the ROH Tag Team titles against the Gunns, in addition to his AEW World Championship match with Jay White.
