Dustin Rhodes Reflects On The Darkest Days Of His Life

If you know the story of Dustin Rhodes you know that there have been some very dark times in his life. Having beaten addiction and repaired a relationship with his family, Rhodes is in a much better place now than he was years ago.

Now, Dustin Rhodes has taken to Twitter to reflect on where he is and where he has been. He posted a picture of his improved physique while saying hard work is the reason why he is now in the best shape of his life. Here is the tweet:

“I don’t normally do these kinds of pics but I am pretty proud of where I am now. Black Reign was 300 pounds in the darkest days of my life. Now at 51, I am 222 pounds and in the best shape of my life because I work hard.”

Dustin Rhodes currently works for All Elite Wrestling after having signed with the promotion in 2019. In addition to working as a wrestler, he has also been involved with training many of the female talent. Anna Jay recently praised Rhodes for his work helping the women’s division.
