Eddie Kingston To Face Hall Of Famer On October 21 AEW Collision

Eddie Kingston is set to face a Hall of Famer on the October 21 edition of AEW Collision.

Ahead of the October 10 Title Tuesday episode of AEW Dynamite, Eddie Kingston defeated Minoru Suzuki to retain the ROH World and NJPW STRONG Openweight Championships on the Buy In.

Since winning the Ring of Honor World Title, Kingston has been confronted by Jay Lethal and his group for the former two-time champion to get his shot.

On tonight’s AEW Dynamite, a confrontation was conducted by Stokely Hathaway between Eddie Kingston and Jay Lethal, who was alongside Jeff Jarrett, Karen Jarrett, Sonjay Dutt and Satnam Singh.

Hathaway, who is a member of the ROH Board of Directors, announced that Kingston will face Jeff Jarrett in a non-title match. Stokely added the stipulations of the match being a Memphis Street Fight and if Jarrett wins, Lethal will get an opportunity at the ROH World Championship.

As previously mentioned, AEW also announced that Ricky Starks and Big Bill will defend the AEW World Tag Team Titles against Blackpool Combat Club’s Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta on this Saturday’s show.
