What next?
After thanking his fans and supporters, the last paragraph of the statement goes on to say that Enzo is working towards his next venture in the entertainment industry, and that he looks forward to reconnect with his fans ‘in a big way’.
Unfortunately, we don’t have much more to go on currently. However, Amore has a history of being linked with a potential music career, and it’s very possible we could see him return to the ring. His only Instagram post since the allegations, a pair of boots hanging over a power-line, may indicate that he doesn’t plan to return to the ring however.
After signing for WWE in 2012, Amore built up some experience in the ring – but never experienced the environment outside of WWE. There are options available for him outside of the WWE, which could lead him to improve his wrestling ability. Rich Swann, a former WWE Cruiserweight champion who also left the WWE following allegations earlier this year, has recently signed with Impact – so perhaps the same route will present itself for Amore?
Only time will tell what is next for the former Cruiserweight, but we will be sure to keep you updated with any updates.
