Former Wyatt Family member Erick Redbeard (Erick Rowan) has discussed the future of Braun Strowman following his WWE release.
Braun Strowman’s WWE departure came as a shock to many fans, as Braun had recently been presented at a top star. Former WWE wrestler Erick Rowan has reacted to Strowman’s release, stating that nothing is guaranteed.
Speaking with SK Wrestling, Rowan recalled being in a similar position in April 2020. Advising Strowman to move on, Rowan said:
“You know, a year ago, I was in the same position. That’s what you get when you sign that big-money contract. It’s not guaranteed money, man! (laughs). Nothing in this world is guaranteed. Just get back on, just get back on the horse and keep moving on, man.”
It was previously reported that Braun Strowman was earning over $1 million a year in WWE, not including any bonuses. Another report cited Strowman’s “monster” contract as one of the reasons he was released.
