The length of a former WWE star’s contract with All Elite Wrestling (AEW) after he joined the company last year has been revealed.
Last year, former WWE Champion Bobby Lashley and MVP both left WWE when their contracts expired with the company, with the pair moving to AEW to reunite the Hurt Syndicate.
They were quickly joined in AEW by Shelton Benjamin, who had been released from WWE in September 2023, to reunite the original Hurt Business trio in AEW.
Shelton and Lashley currently reign as the AEW World Tag Team Champions, recently defending their titles at Dynasty against Big Bill and Bryan Keith of the Learning Tree.
Speaking to Huge Pop! Radio, Shelton was asked how long he was under contract to AEW for, to which he noted that he signed a three year deal with the company.
Shelton was a part of last year’s Continental Classic Tournament, before he and Lashley captured their first titles in AEW back on January 22.
The Hurt Syndicate are currently in the midst of a storyline with MJF, with MJF attempting to join the group, though only MVP seems eager to let MJF into the group.
