Hook will be in action against a talent from the NJPW Dojo on next week’s (June 24) edition of AEW Rampage.
On Friday’s (June 17) show, Hook joined Lexy Nair for an interview segment, in which it was announced that he will face off against a ‘top prospect’ from the NJPW LA Dojo on the next episode of Rampage. Hook’s opponent was not explicitly named in the segment.
Hook currently has a 9-0 career record in AEW, following his in-ring debut on the December 10, 2021 edition of Rampage. He most recently wrestled during the Double or Nothing Buy-In, teaming with Danhausen to defeat Mark Sterling & Tony Nese.
Also on the episode, Hiroshi Tanahashi’s AEW in-ring debut was announced for Wednesday’s edition of Dynamite. Ahead of their AEW Interim World Title bout at Forbidden Door, Tanahashi and Jon Moxley will team up to face Chris Jericho & Lance Archer.
Next week’s edition of Rampage will be the go-home show for next Sunday’s Forbidden Door pay-per-view. Check out the updated card for the event right here.
