Will Ospreay has been set for a return to IMPACT Wrestling and now his opponent for Bound for Glory has been revealed.
While it was previously announced that Ospreay would be appearing at the October 21, 2023 event, IMPACT Bound for Glory, it was not known who he would face.
On tonight’s episode of IMPACT, the second part of the 1000th episode celebration, the plan for Ospreay has been revealed.
Will Ospreay will face Speedball Mike Bailey at Bound for Glory on IMPACT pay-per-view from Chicago, Illinois.
While Ospreay remains signed with NJPW, he has been abundantly clear that his period of free agency is forthcoming in 2024 and he continues to explore his options for the future.
Elsewhere on the IMPACT 1000th episode, there was a big match from the Knockouts division, celebrating the past and present of powerful women in the company.
Mickie James joined Awesome Kong, Gail Kim, Jordynne Grace and Trinity Fatu to form ‘Team Over’ to defeat formidable foes of Deonna Purrazzo, Tasha Steelz, Angelina Love, Savannah Evans and Gisele Shaw.
