Jack Perry Joins Heel Faction During AEW Hiatus

AEW star Jack Perry has joined up with a heel faction during his ongoing hiatus from the company following All In.

Perry has not appeared on AEW television since All In at Wembley Stadium, where he lost the FTW Championship to HOOK on the Zero Hour pre-show.

During the match, Perry slammed HOOK onto the roof of a car, citing it as ‘real glass’, which was a reference to a previous conversation he had with CM Punk.

The comment led to a backstage altercation at the show, which led to Perry being suspended and Punk ultimately being terminated from AEW.

Perry re-emerged after months away in New Japan Pro Wrestling back at the Battle in the Valley show last month, where he attacked Shota Umino following the show’s opening match.

Perry and Umino faced off in the New Japan Cup last night, which ended in controversial fashion.

Perry was confronted by EVIL and the rest of the House of Torture faction, who offered him a shirt, which Perry accepted, seemingly aligning with the House of Torture.
