John Cena has been taking part in his latest run in WWE since September 1, when he made his return to SmackDown.
Cena has competed in one match so far since his return, with him defeating Jimmy Uso and Solo Sikoa in a tag team match alongside LA Knight at Fastlane.
On last week’s (October 20) episode of SmackDown, Cena spoke about not having won a singles match in the company since 2018, before challenging anyone on the SmackDown roster to a match.
Solo Sikoa answered the call, with the two men brawling before the match could officially get underway.
WWE has now announced, via People, that Cena is set to go one on one with Solo at WWE Crown Jewel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia next weekend.
Cena’s run is currently set to end at Crown Jewel, though the ongoing SAG AFTRA actors continues.
In the main event of Crown Jewel, Roman Reigns is set to defend the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship against LA Knight.
