Following the news that Dolph Ziggler has been released by WWE today, 16-time world champion John Cena has sent Ziggler a message.

Cena and Ziggler had been friends and foes multiple times throughout their WWE tenures.

Cena tweeted:

One thousand five hundred and fifty four matches. @HEELZiggler #Respect
