LA Knight Appears On WWE NXT Head-To-Head With AEW Dynamite

On the October 10 episode of WWE NXT, yet another massive main roster star made a surprise appearance by LA Knight.

After being announced in an earlier segment by special guest general manager for the night Cody Rhodes, LA Knight arrived at the WWE Performance Center.

Serving as a special guest referee for an NXT Championship match between Dirty Dom Dominik Mysterio and Ilja Dragunov, LA Knight notably had exceptionally fashionable referee attire.

Still wearing his signature tight jeans, Timberland boots, leather vest and sunglasses, Knight did put on a sleeveless referee’s jersey beneath it to make the attire official.

Despite his dress, he wasn’t to be played as a referee as Knight notably prevented an interference from Rhea Ripley which cascaded into an enjoyable final third of the match.

With the Judgment Day interfering on behalf of Dominik but also Trick Williams making a surprise save in support of NXT Champ Ilja Dragunov, in the end the match reached an actual conclusion.

LA Knight counted the pinfall for Ilja Dragunov to overcome the odds and retain his NXT Championship over Dirty Dominik Mysterio.
