Latest Chapter In Adam Cole & MJF Story Unfolds During Dramatic Collision Main Event

The latest twist in the ‘Better Than You Bay Bay’ story between Adam Cole and MJF took place in the main event of tonight’s AEW Collision (July 29).

AEW World Champion MJF and Adam Cole have become the most popular act on AEW television after being forced together in the AEW Blind Eliminator Tag Team Tournament.

MJF and Cole won the tournament on last week’s Dynamite show, defeating Daniel Garcia and Sammy Guevara in the final to earn a shot at FTR’s AEW World Tag Team Championship on tonight’s show.

The match main evented the show, with MJF and Cole working together like the best friends we all know they are.

However, it was FTR who ended up retaining the titles, pinning AEW World Champion MJF to keep ahold of the belts.

After the match, Adam Cole grabbed MJF’s title, handing the title to MJF who was upset that he lost the match for the team.

Cole then ordered MJF to hit him with the title, but MJF refused, and the two ended up hugging to a huge pop from the Hartford crowd.
