Major Cliffhanger Closes AEW Dynamite

Tonight’s AEW Dynamite ending in a major cliffhanger after a big backstage brawl spilled out into the ring after the main event.

On tonight’s AEW Dynamite (March 15) a vicious main event for the AEW Trios Championships featuring The Elite versus the Jericho Appreciation Society versus the current champions, House of Black.

With Omega and Jericho together taking down Brody King, the fans rejoiced in seeing Winnipeg’s Native Sons work together.

However, immediately thereafter, Jericho hit Omega with a Code Breaker and got a nearfall but the match continued.

With more big offense all around, there were opportunities for every team to grab the win but none could ever quite finish it off.

In the final third of the match, Jericho used his baseball bat Floyd behind the back of referee Aubrey Edwards and went for the pin on Brody King however he still managed to kick out.

In the end, House of Black retained the AEW Trios Championships after the pinfall victory on Daniel Garcia.

However, in a spill over from a fight that had apparently raged in the back throughout the show, the Blackpool Combat Club was still brawling with Dark Order and Hangman Adam Page.

With the show ending on a big face off with Blackpool Combat Club on one side, Hangman Adam Page in the middle and the Elite behind him.

Elsewhere on AEW Dynamite, the show kicked off with MJF’s re-Bar Mitzvah where he revealed his gruesome face after AEW Revolution and had his birthday bash interrupted by three possible challengers.

Also a hot free agent made their debut appearance on AEW Dynamite before shortly thereafter being announced to be officially ‘All Elite’ by Tony Khan on Twitter. 

Finally, The Outcasts came to the ring and had some choice words for AEW fans and the rest of the Women’s Division.

Oh and we would be remiss to forget that QTV debuted.
