Major WWE Star To Form New Tag Team?

A new tag team featuring a top WWE star appears to be forming following last night’s SmackDown show.

On last night’s show, Women’s Tag Team Champions Chelsea Green and Piper Niven challenged Shotzi to a match, challenging her to find a partner to face them in tag team action.

Shotzi’s partner was revealed to be none other than 14-time Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair, who helped Shotzi secure a victory over the champs.

Speaking in a SmackDown Exclusive after the show, Charlotte and Shotzi discussed their partnership, claiming that ‘opposites attract’.

They said:

Shotzi: “I just want to address, remember when those lovely ladies called me a loner and told me that I didn’t have any friends?

“Well, you know what? I’m friends with royalty.”

Charlotte Flair: “Opposites attract. I definitely appreciate that Shotzi’s an individual. I admire her confidence. She makes me out my hair down…Opposites attract.”

Continuing on, the pair seemed to imply that their alliance would be continuing, with Charlotte saying she ‘doesn’t know if she’s ready’ for the pairing.

They added:

Shotzi: “Yeah, we did. We’re gonna get weird. We’re gonna get really weird. Are you ready for this?”

Charlotte: “I don’t know if I’m ready for this.

“I admire her energy, and her uniqueness. She makes me smile.”
