Matt Hardy To Debut New Gimmick?

It appears that Matt Hardy, the man of a thousand gimmicks, may be set to debut a new character on WWE television.

In recent weeks since his return to television after WrestleMania, Hardy has been floating between his various characters from over the years.

Those include Hardy Boyz Matt Hardy, Woken/Broken Matt, Matt Hardy V1 and Big Money Matt.

Now, based on a video he has posted on social media, it appears a new gimmick based around him moaning about how hard(y) his life is could be his new direction.

In the video, Hardy says:

“I’ve been at work since 11 AM this morning. I can’t even begin to describe how challenging today has been.

At work, I was tasked with fulfilling two intricate, detailed, compelling segments of live television. I can’t put in to words how difficult that is.

I don’t even think the Authors of Pain could be the authors of my pain.

You don’t understand how hard it is to be Matt Hardy.”

Will Moaning Matt be the latest Hardy character to make it onto WWE television or is this simply Matt having some fun on social media? No doubt we will see in the coming weeks.
