MJF References Infamous CM Punk “Press Conference” On AEW Dynamite

With what is the first direct reference of the AEW post-All Out media scrum which saw CM Punk have a meltdown, MJF went there.

In a unique promo segment with MJF speaking directly to the camera in a podcast interview setting, he spoke about not only the ways in which he is the future of the professional wrestling industry.

He also directly referenced CM Punk’s explosive tirade during the AEW post-All Out media scrum.

While running down a list of moments that should have focused on him, which could have been his moment in the spotlight, he juxtaposed what stole that moment from him.

His big return at AEW’s pay-per-view after literal months off of television and intensely hot speculation?

MJF said:

“On my big return the spotlight was on a press conference.”

Elsewhere on tonight’s AEW Dynamite, there was a passionate exchange between two AEW stars with their match for Full Gear made official by the end of the segment.

And another big Championship match was added to the card for Full Gear as well.
