Mustafa Ali Addresses Ciampa Attack & Discusses New WWE Goals

Mustafa Ali has commented on his return to WWE TV on Monday’s edition of Raw, confirming his plans for his future on the brand.

Ali made his first WWE appearance since October 2021 on this week’s show, confronting US Champion Theory, and wrestling The Miz.

Speaking on Raw Talk, Ali confirmed that he currently only has eyes for the US Title, noting:

“Listen, yes, I had a game plan: come out challenge Theory for the United States Championship, but somehow, someway, I ended up in the match with The Miz. But I still got the win. The plan is the same. I beat The Miz. Now I have one man, and one man only, that’s on my radar. His name is Theory, and he has the United States Championship.”

Following Ali’s victory, Ciampa ambushed the returning star on the ramp. Addressing the attack, Ali said:

“Attacked, brutalized, blindsided. Listen, I know exactly who Ciampa is. okay. But, why he did what he did? I don’t know. Honestly, right now, I don’t care. One man, and one man only: Theory and the United States Championship.”

Ali’s appearance on Raw was notably his first since WWE denied his request to be released from his contract.
