Update On Potential WWE Return Of Naomi

A new report has provided an update on the potential WWE return of Naomi.

In May 2022, Sasha Banks and Naomi walked out of WWE following creative differences with Vince McMahon and John Laurinaitis. The two stars were subsequently suspended from the promotion.

Fightful Select (subscription required) provided an update on Naomi’s status, noting that not only was her contract close to expiring at the time of the walkout, but that both sides seemed excited to extend the deal.

The report notes that Naomi was likely heading for the biggest money contract of her career before talks broke down following her departure alongside Sasha Banks.

WWE sources in the fall claimed that Naomi, real name Trinity Fatu, maintained positive contact with the company despite that not being verified with things being kept to the vest at the moment.

With The Bloodline Acknowledgement Ceremony set for this Monday’s Raw 30, many have been asking about her status with the promotion.

One WWE higher up claimed that there has been contact between the two sides, and that they are “confident” Trinity will return to the company, but a timetable is unknown right now.
