New Tag Team Name Revealed On SmackDown? WWE

On tonight’s WWE SmackDown, a tag team potentially received a new name in a pre-recorded vignette that aired during the show.

While the duo of Isla Dawn and Alba Fyre continue to appear in videos teasing their spooky return, tonight another element was added.

It seems that the pair may be returning soon to television and with a new moniker.

With the clip featuring an outro that said ‘The Unholy Union is Coming’, it seems that the pair will be back sooner rather than later, potentially under the name ‘The Unholy Union’.

It’s worth mentioning though that they were commonly referred to in an informal sense during their time in NXT as the “unholy union”, but it was never actually their ‘official’ name, so the same might be the case here.

While the Unholy Union have been away from wrestling on television, they have featured in dark matches at SmackDown for the last two weeks, taking on Michin and Shotzi.

Elsewhere on tonight’s WWE SmackDown, John Cena’s Crown Jewel opponent was seemingly revealed after Cena briefly teased a sad announcement about his future.
