New WWE 24/7 Champion Crowned On Monday Night Raw

Carmella finally decided it was her turn to be WWE 24/7 champion on Monday Night Raw.  During a segment on tonight’s show, Carmella “turned” on R-Truth and rolled him up to become the new 24/7 Champion.

Carmella had cut a promo where she had enough of the running and hiding.  R-Truth and Carmella were surrounded in the ring by the usual 24/7 suspects.

After Carmella got the pin, R-Truth didn’t look too upset by the matter.  He actually just smiled.  Maybe, he’s relieved to pass the torch to Carmella.

The relief didn’t last long though.  None of the men surrounding the ring knew what to do.

However, the ladies locker cleared out and made their way down to the ring.  Dana Brooke, Sarah Logan, Peyton Royce, and Billie Kay came running down the aisle.

Carmella hopped on R-Truth’s back and the duo made their way out of the arena.

Many have felt the R-Truth/Drake Maverick saga has drawn stale. Seems like we could always get some more run now between the ladies of the duos.

Could we see Renee chasing Carmella with hopes of consummating her marriage with Drake Maverick?  At least it would be something different and fresh for the 24/7 championship.

On a very positive note, maybe, just maybe Dana Brooke will get the long awaited chance to become a champion in WWE.
