A new WWE signing has been officially announced for their singles debut match after signing with the company.
Last week’s episode of WWE NXT featured a women’s Battle Royal, with the final four entering a four-way to determine the challenger for Lyra Valkyria’s NXT Women’s Championship at NXT Vengeance Day.
Roxanne Perez was victorious in the match, besting Kelani Jordan, Fallon Henley and Kiana James in the four-way, but one woman who made an immediate impression was new NXT star Wren Sinclair (Madi Wrenkowski).
Sinclair survived until the very end of the Battle Royal, even eliminating Lash Legend during the match before eventually being eliminated.
Following her debut, WWE has now announced that Wren Sinclair will take part in her first singles match in WWE, taking on Lash Legend.
Sinclair signed with WWE after attending the company’s most recent batch of tryouts, signing alongside other independent names such as Lucky Ali, Jay Malachi and Brogan Finlay.
Prior to joining WWE NXT, Wrenkowski was a former NWA Women’s Tag Team Champion.
After last week's SHOCKING Battle Royal elimination, @WrenSinclairWWE will go one-on-one with @lashlegendwwe TOMORROW on #WWENXT!
