Nikki Cross Comments On New WWE Gimmick

On last night’s episode of Monday Night Raw, Nikki Cross debuted a brand new superhero gimmick that is a far cry from the darker SAnitY character that she used during her time with NXT.

Taking to social media with a series of tweets, Nikki Cross has commented on her new gimmick, saying that it has given her “such joy” to be able to debut this new character:

Bringing THIS to life has given me such joy. The roll I have been on @wwe gave me the boost I needed to unveil this to the , that everyone has that spark and they can try anything they want to, just listen to your heart. I want to blossom like a butterfly. I want us all to

Nikki then explained that while the gimmick isn’t about her having actual superpowers, she feels as if she can do anything when she dresses like a superhero:

I don’t have superpowers. I can’t fly. I don’t have super strength.

But putting on my mask, my cape, my gauntlets, my armband, my whole outfit on……makes me feel like I can try anything.
