During an interview with Fightful, Killer Kelly opened up about her release from WWE, and the fact that she wanted to keep her departure from the company private. You can read more about that by clicking here.
While speaking to Sean Ross Sapp, Killer Kelly opened up about some of the work she has done since leaving WWE, including at the GCW Collective Bloodsport event that took place last month.
Kelly opened up about how it was actually NXT UK star Alexander Wolfe who helped her get booked for the event. She revealed that the Imperium member put in a call to Josh Barnett on her behalf.
She also explained that prior to Bloodsport, she had just one month’s worth of MMA training. However, she said that she’d be opening to doing more training in both MMA and amateur wrestling in the future.
At IMPACT Turning Point last night, Killer Kelly was announced as one of the participants in the Knockouts Tag Team Championship tournament. She is going to be teaming with fellow former WWE name Renee Michelle.
