WWE officially announced a suspension to Sasha Banks and Naomi on-air during last night’s (May 20) episode of WWE SmackDown.

On the show, Michael Cole explained how Sasha and Naomi had ‘disappointed millions of WWE fans’ and announced that the company was suspending the Women’s Tag Team Champions, and stripping them of their titles.

Pat McAfee was sat next to Cole during the announcement, and while he didn’t say a word, he trended on Twitter following the show due to fans commenting and relating to his reaction to the news.
