Following last night’s Raw, another big announcement has been made regarding Randy Orton and his WWE return.
Orton appeared for the first time in 18 months at WWE Survivor Series for the WarGames match, and then worked a singles match on Raw against Dominik Mysterio.
Orton’s a busy boy already, as he’s been confirmed for another appearance.
The Barclays Center announced on Twitter that Randy Orton is scheduled to be at this week’s December 1 SmackDown:
JUST ANNOUNCED: “The Viper” @RandyOrton makes his return to #Smackdown this Friday Night live in Brooklyn! @WWE
It’s possible Orton will just be there for a dark match rather than appearing on SmackDown TV, but we’ll keep you posted with any updates.
Orton beat Dominik Mysterio last night in a match that reportedly went longer than it was slotted for.
That timing issue led to CM Punk getting less time than planned for his promo at the end of the show.
