Top WWE Star Likes Post On Criticism Of Women Being Left Off SummerSlam Card WWE

A top WWE star liked a post on the criticism of women being left off the SummerSlam card.

On the July 31 edition of WWE Raw, Becky Lynch invoked her rematch against Trish Stratus with the subsequent bout going to a disqualification finish after Zoey Stark interfered on Trish’s behalf.

Adam Pearce later announced that the two women will have a rematch in two weeks on the August 14 episode of Raw. This goes against reports from months ago that indicated Lynch would face Stratus at WWE SummerSlam being the original plans for the feud.

Another rumored SummerSlam match was supposed to see WWE Women’s World Champion Rhea Ripley defend her title against Raquel Rodriguez. However, despite a brawl on the go-home Raw, no match has been announced between the two.

On August 2, Twitter user Rheas bicep posted screenshots of tweets showing frustration on these women being left off the SummerSlam card. Ripley liked this post with the caption reading:

treat your women better. simple.

Women will be represented on this Saturday’s card as Asuka will defend the WWE Women’s Championship in a triple threat match against Charlotte Flair and Bianca Belair, while Ronda Rousey will face Shayna Baszler in a MMA Rules match. For the full lineup for SummerSlam, click here.
